Navigating the world of baby is overwhelming. From pregnancy to delivery to infancy to lunacy, if you’re even the slightest bit unconventional in your style and think, it can be a real challenge finding fab things for baby. I usually spend a lot of time thinking about my purchases unless it’s love at first sight. After all, I want to love everything I own, fill my life with objects that make me happy, and so, when I learned I was expecting, the search began. My initial trek into previously unchartered territory was a bust. Next to nothing at the big box stores or even small mom and pop baby shops caught my eye. Digging deep into the Internet trenches searching for unique, well made products, I was relieved to discover some great companies out there making beautiful design conscious gear, but it was no easy fete. And so I thought, there are definitely others out there like me, maybe I can help as i scavenge the world wide web putting together a nursery that feels like me, a warm place to welcome my baby into the world. Sharing inspiration, cool finds, and useful tips as I start my journey into motherhood.
